12ozwhole wheat rotini or penne pasta
Vegetables
1cupcorn frozen or canned, drained
1red bell pepperdiced
0.5red onionfinely diced
0.5cupcilantro fresh, chopped
0.25cupgreen onions chopped
Dressing
0.25cupplain Greek yogurt non-fat
0.25cupBBQ sauce sugar-free if preferred
2tbsplight mayonnaise or avocado mayo
1tbspapple cider vinegar
1tspgarlic powder
0.5tsponion powder
0.25tspsmoked paprika

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Season chicken with BBQ rub and cook until fully cooked, then cube.
Mix cooked chicken, pasta, corn, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and green onions in a large bowl.
Whisk together Greek yogurt, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Thin with milk or water if needed.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
