Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1.75 lbs chicken cutlets (about 8 pieces)
  • 0.5 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon lemon (juiced) (about 1/4 cup juice)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp salt (or more to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp dried basil
  • 0.25 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 tsp coriander
  • 0.25 tsp cumin

Instructions 

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add chicken and toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Bring chicken to room temperature before cooking.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for at least an hour for best flavor.
