Ingredients

Wings

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat wings dry, toss with olive oil and seasonings, then place on a wire rack.
  • Bake wings for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
  • Melt butter and mix with lemon juice, zest, and lemon pepper.
  • Toss baked wings in the lemon pepper butter sauce and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil wings for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
