Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat wings dry, toss with olive oil and seasonings, then place on a wire rack.
Bake wings for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
Melt butter and mix with lemon juice, zest, and lemon pepper.
Toss baked wings in the lemon pepper butter sauce and serve warm.
