Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and pepper; coat chicken strips.
Heat oil; cook chicken 3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions 2 minutes; add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook 30 seconds.
Deglaze with broth; add cream, sun-dried tomatoes, tomato paste, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Stir in Parmesan and spinach; return chicken to warm through. Top with basil before serving.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add more heavy cream as needed.
