boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

fresh spinach, washed and chopped

Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook diced chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes, then stir in tomatoes and spinach, cooking until wilted.
Mix in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes, then add cooked pasta and toss.
Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese, and serve hot.
