This creamy garlic Parmesan chicken pasta is a flavorful, comforting dish perfect for weekly dinners. Quick to prepare and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into 1-inch cubes)

Pasta

  • 1 lb twisted pasta (fusilli)

Dairy & Fats

  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 4–5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (preferably freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (divided)
  • ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste Fine salt & black pepper

Garnish

  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and ½ tsp Italian seasoning. Sear in 1 Tbsp butter until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt remaining butter, cook garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant, then add chicken broth and cream. Simmer to thicken.
  • Reduce heat, gradually add Parmesan until smooth. Return chicken and drained pasta, toss to coat, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan or fresh herbs before serving.
