A quick and flavorful meal combining tender chicken, fresh veggies, and a savory teriyaki sauce wrapped in soft tortillas.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until done. Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice cooked chicken thinly and toss with teriyaki sauce.
  • Shred carrots and cabbage, chop lettuce, and warm tortillas.
  • Spread mayonnaise on tortillas, add chicken and veggies, then roll up.
  • Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
