Instructions
Pat dry chicken, season with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken in instant pot for 10 minutes, then shred and mix with teriyaki sauce.
Mix coleslaw ingredients and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Assemble sliders with chicken, cheese, pineapple, and coleslaw. Brush buns with basil butter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, then top with pineapple and coleslaw. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use pre-sliced buns for convenience and adjust baking time to prevent over-browning.
