Delicious sliders featuring tender shredded chicken in teriyaki sauce, topped with cheese, pineapple, and coleslaw for a flavorful bite.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • salt and pepper salt and pepper (to taste)

Dairy & Cheese

  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Produce

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 12 slices pineapple rings
  • 1 cup coleslaw dressing

Sauces

  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 12 slider buns slider buns
  • 12 pineapple rings pineapple rings
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp dried Thai basil

Instructions 

  • Pat dry chicken, season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in instant pot for 10 minutes, then shred and mix with teriyaki sauce.
  • Mix coleslaw ingredients and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Assemble sliders with chicken, cheese, pineapple, and coleslaw. Brush buns with basil butter.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, then top with pineapple and coleslaw. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use pre-sliced buns for convenience and adjust baking time to prevent over-browning.
