Ingredients

Broth

  • 4 cups Gluten Free Chicken Broth

Sauce

  • 0.5 cup San-J Teriyaki Sauce

Chicken

  • 2 cups Chicken (cooked and shredded)

Rice

  • 1.5 cups Rice (cooked)

Vegetables

  • 1 cup Carrots (shredded)

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine broth, teriyaki sauce, chicken, rice, carrots, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes until carrots are tender.
  • Serve hot in food containers.

Notes

You can add green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor.
