Instructions
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and coat in egg, then flour mixture.
Fry chicken in oil until golden and cooked through, or air fry at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
Simmer mango, habanero, vinegar, honey, lime juice, and ginger until mango softens; blend until smooth.
Toss chicken bites with warm mango habanero sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding more or less habanero.
