Instructions
Combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper in a large bowl to make the marinade.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coat thoroughly, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil over marinated chicken and place in air fryer basket skin side up. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
