Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil and seasonings.
Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until crispy.
Meanwhile, mix honey, mustards, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne (if using) to make the glaze.
Toss baked wings in the honey mustard glaze until well coated.

Notes
For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper to the glaze.
