Deliciously sticky and flavorful chicken wings coated in a sweet honey mustard glaze, perfect for parties or a tasty dinner.

Ingredients

Sauces and Condiments

  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) (for spice)
  • 2 pounds chicken wings (fresh, not frozen) (for best results)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil and seasonings.
  • Arrange wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until crispy.
  • Meanwhile, mix honey, mustards, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne (if using) to make the glaze.
  • Toss baked wings in the honey mustard glaze until well coated.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra spice, add more cayenne pepper to the glaze.
