Instructions
Boil water for noodles.
Sauté coleslaw mix in olive oil until tender crisp, then set aside.
Cook ground chicken until browned and cooked through.
Add honey, chili sauce, coconut aminos, vinegar, ginger, and water; cook until caramelized.
Cook noodles, drain, then toss with sauce, chicken, and slaw. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
