Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Chop broccoli into small florets and set aside.
Slice chicken into strips, season with salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, and oregano. Cook in oil until golden and cooked through. Steam or sauté broccoli until tender.
Mix sauce ingredients, pour into skillet with chicken, and simmer until thickened. Prepare spicy mayo by mixing mayo, sriracha, and water.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, drizzle spicy mayo, and top with sesame seeds.
