Instructions
Boil sweet potato cubes for 5 minutes, then drain and cool.

Thread chicken, sweet potatoes, and onions onto skewers; brush with half of honey glaze.
Grill skewers for about 8 minutes, turning frequently; brush with remaining honey glaze before serving.
