A delicious and creamy Southern chicken salad perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish.

Ingredients

Chicken Salad

  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, deboned
  • 2-3 stalks celery
  • 1 medium red onion
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill relish
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp old bay
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp granulated onion
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Instructions 

  • Mix the chicken salad dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • Pulse the celery and onion until minced, then add to the dressing.
  • Pulse the chicken until fine, add to the bowl, and stir to combine.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Serve on bread or lettuce for a refreshing meal.
