A delicious and creamy Southern chicken salad perfect for sandwiches or as a side dish.
Ingredients
Chicken Salad

rotisserie chicken, deboned
2-3
stalks
celery
1
medium
red onion

cup
mayonnaise
¼
cup
dill relish

tbsp
whole grain mustard

tbsp
old bay

tsp
dried dill weed

tsp
celery seed

tsp
granulated garlic

granulated onion
kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Mix the chicken salad dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.
Pulse the celery and onion until minced, then add to the dressing.
Pulse the chicken until fine, add to the bowl, and stir to combine.
Enjoy!
