Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F) or fan-assisted to 210°C (410°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut chicken wings in half. Season with paprika, smoked paprika, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add Tabasco if desired and toss to coat evenly.
Spread wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden-brown and meat is juicy and falling off the bone.
Serve hot with your favorite side and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the wings with spices for an hour before baking.
