Enjoy flavorful, juicy chicken wings seasoned with smoked paprika and baked to perfection for a delicious appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 900 g chicken wings, bone in and skin on
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce (optional) (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F) or fan-assisted to 210°C (410°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut chicken wings in half. Season with paprika, smoked paprika, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add Tabasco if desired and toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden-brown and meat is juicy and falling off the bone.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the wings with spices for an hour before baking.
