Deliciously smoked chicken wings seasoned to perfection, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Chicken Wings

chicken wings

tablespoons
bbq rub
⅓
cup
bbq sauce
(optional, if basting)
Instructions
Preheat smoker to 225°F.
Pat wings dry and apply rub.
Insert thermometer and smoke until 165°F, about 2 hours.
If basting, apply BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes.
For crispiness, increase heat to 500°F for 5 minutes.
Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
