Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1.5 tablespoons bbq rub
  • cup bbq sauce (optional, if basting)

Instructions 

  • Preheat smoker to 225°F.
  • Pat wings dry and apply rub.
  • Insert thermometer and smoke until 165°F, about 2 hours.
  • If basting, apply BBQ sauce in the last 15 minutes.
  • For crispiness, increase heat to 500°F for 5 minutes.
  • Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
