Ingredients
Meatballs

frozen meatballs
(about 30–35 meatballs)

cups
reduced-sodium beef broth

packet
brown gravy mix

packet
onion soup mix
2
tablespoons
ketchup
1
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce

tablespoons
cornstarch
2
tablespoons
cold water
chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
Spray slow cooker insert with nonstick spray.
Add frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
Whisk beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Pour sauce over meatballs, stir gently, cover, and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
Mix cornstarch with cold water, stir into slow cooker, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or egg noodles, garnish with parsley if desired.
