A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken dish with a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors, cooked to tender perfection in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

Instructions
Add soy sauce, honey, and sriracha to a slow cooker. Whisk the ingredients together.
Add chicken to the slow cooker and toss to coat. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
When chicken reaches 165ºF, remove and set aside. Whisk cornstarch into the sauce to thicken.
Cut chicken into ½-inch cubes, add back to the slow cooker, and toss to coat.
Serve over rice, topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
