Instructions
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, then coat with seasoned flour.
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken 4 minutes per side until browned.
Add garlic and onions, cook until soft, then stir in orange juice, chicken bouillon, cranberry sauce, and paprika.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
Uncover and cook 2-3 minutes more to thicken sauce, then serve garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, cook uncovered for a few additional minutes.
