Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Light Mayo
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 lemon Juiced (Squeezed)
  • Optional Almonds or Pecans (Optional)
  • Optional Sliced Grapes (Optional)
  • Bread or Croissants (Gluten-Free or Regular) Serving Base

Instructions 

  • Cook chicken in Ninja Foodi on high pressure for 10 minutes, then shred and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Mix shredded chicken, green onions, yogurt, mayo, rosemary, dill, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  • Chill the mixture for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve on bread, croissants, or with crackers, optionally topped with nuts or grapes.

Notes

For extra flavor, add nuts or grapes just before serving.
