Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs (pounded thin)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper

Instructions 

  • Marinate chicken in oil and ranch seasoning for 20 minutes.
  • Shake off excess marinade and grill or pan fry until cooked, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Optional: Roast in oven at 425°F for 20 minutes.
