2tbspranch seasoning mix
1tspsalt

1tspsmoked paprika
1cupheavy cream
½cupchicken broth
3clovesminced garlic
3tbspunsalted butter

1tbspfresh parsley chopped
½tsponion powder
Instructions
Pat chicken thighs dry and season with ranch, salt, pepper, and paprika. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook thighs skin-side down for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip and cook 4 more minutes. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat, add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth, scrape brown bits, then add heavy cream gradually. Simmer until thickened, 3-4 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer in sauce for 10 minutes, spooning sauce over. Adjust salt, add parsley, and serve hot.
