A quick and flavorful chicken bowl featuring a sweet and savory honey soy glaze, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
(cut into 1-inch pieces)

cooked white rice

broccoli florets

soy sauce

honey

rice vinegar

grated fresh ginger

garlic, minced

Instructions
Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic to make the sauce. Set aside half.
Toss chicken with remaining sauce and marinate for 5 minutes.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then remove. Cook broccoli until bright green and tender.
Whisk cornstarch with water to make slurry. Return chicken and broccoli to skillet, add reserved sauce, and stir in slurry. Cook until thickened.
Serve rice in bowls, top with chicken and broccoli, garnish with sliced green onion.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds or a squeeze of lime.
