Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Dice chicken into 1.5-inch pieces, season with salt and garlic powder, then coat with cornstarch.
Fry chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy, then drain on paper towels.
Sauté onions, bell pepper, and pineapple for 30-45 seconds, then add sauce and simmer to thicken.
Mix fried chicken into the sauce to coat, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
