Delicious crispy chicken wings coated in garlic, parsley, and parmesan, baked to perfection for a flavorful appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split and tips removed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese freshly grated

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment and place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat wings dry, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake 15 more minutes.
  • Melt butter, mix with minced garlic and chopped parsley to make garlic sauce.
  • Remove wings, transfer to a bowl, pour garlic sauce over, sprinkle with parmesan, toss to coat, then bake 5 more minutes. Broil if desired.
  • Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil wings for a few minutes at the end.
