Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne, and brown sugar to create the spice blend.
Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken thighs and coat evenly.
Place chicken on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil or mayonnaise, and bake for 35 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken with the spice blend for a few hours before baking.
