Instructions
Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Combine wings, oil, baking powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl; toss well.
Line a baking tray with foil, set a rack on top, and arrange wings in a single layer.
Bake at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
Flip wings, increase oven to 230 °C, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crisp.
For buffalo style, whisk hot sauce with melted butter, add wings, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, ensure wings are thoroughly dried before seasoning.
