A quick and flavorful one-pot dish combining spicy honey garlic sauce with tender chicken and pasta, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Chicken

chicken breast
(cut into bite-sized pieces)
Sauce and Oil

olive oil

garlic, minced

honey

soy sauce

red pepper flakes
(adjust to taste)
Broth and Vegetables

chicken broth

mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced
(red, yellow, green)

broccoli florets
Seasonings and Garnish

Instructions
Sauté the chicken in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook minced garlic for 1 minute. Add honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes, stirring well.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, add pasta, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
Add bell peppers and broccoli, cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp. Return chicken to skillet and stir to coat.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spice level with more or less red pepper flakes.
