A delicious and easy one-pot meal combining tender honey BBQ chicken with creamy cheese pasta, perfect for a quick dinner.

¼cupsugar-free BBQ sauce or regular
Pasta
2cupselbow pasta or any pasta of your choice
1cupfat-free evaporated milk
4ozreduced-fat cream cheese
1tspchicken stock powder
1 ½cupsshredded light cheddar cheese
Instructions
Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan for 4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Drizzle honey and BBQ sauce over the chicken, stir to combine, then set aside.
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In the same pan, add evaporated milk and cream cheese, stirring until smooth. Add chicken stock powder and stir until combined and creamy.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Mix in cooked pasta, then add honey BBQ chicken and gently combine.
