A quick and flavorful one-pan dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy lemon butter sauce with spinach.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to the pan, cook 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Simmer and add spinach until wilted, 3-5 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice, zest, thyme. Return chicken to skillet and transfer to oven. Bake 15-25 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (73°C).
Notes
Serve warm with your favorite sides. Adjust seasoning to taste.
