A quick and creamy chicken pasta dish cooked in one pan, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

penne or rotini pasta

cloves
fresh garlic, minced

low-sodium chicken broth
((480ml))

heavy cream
((240ml))
1
cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
((100g))

olive oil
((30ml))

fresh spinach
((about 60g, optional))
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken 6 mins per side, then rest.
Sauté garlic in the same skillet for 1 min.
Add pasta and broth, boil, cover, and simmer 10 mins until al dente.
Stir in cream and Parmesan until combined.
Slice chicken, add to skillet with spinach, toss gently.
Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
