A quick and flavorful one-pan dish combining tender chicken, rice, and zesty lime with bold spices.

Instructions
Mix chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Season chicken with half of this mixture.
Heat oil in a skillet, cook chicken 5-8 minutes per side until browned, then remove.
Add rice, remaining seasonings, broth, and lime juice to the skillet. Return chicken on top, cover, and simmer 20-25 minutes.
Fluff rice, garnish with cilantro, squeeze lime wedges, and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice levels to taste and serve with extra lime wedges for added flavor.
