Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F. Line a baking sheet with foil, add a wire rack, and spray with cooking spray.
Pat wings dry, place in a bag with Old Bay, baking powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
Arrange wings on the wire rack and bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway. Broil for 6 minutes if extra crispiness is desired.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
