Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until translucent, then add diced chicken and cook until browned.
Add bell pepper, zucchini, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper; cook for a few minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes.
Prepare couscous according to package instructions, fluff with a fork.
