Instructions
Combine chicken, celery, green onion, currants, cilantro, and mint in a large bowl.
Whisk yogurt with curry powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir into the chicken mixture.
Serve on bread, lettuce cups, or with crackers and veggies.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
