Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then rest and slice.
Sauté garlic, add sun-dried tomatoes, broth, and cream. Simmer until thickened, then stir in Parmesan.
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
Combine chicken with sauce, add pasta, and mix. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved water.
Garnish with chopped herbs and extra cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust spice to taste.
