A flavorful and spicy chicken dish featuring mango habanero sauce, perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Legs
  • 1/2 cup Mango Habanero Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper each
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken legs in a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Pour mango habanero sauce over the chicken and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cumin.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then turn chicken and bake another 30 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove from oven, squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken, and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less habanero sauce.
