Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with cornstarch.
Heat oil and butter in a pan, cook chicken until browned.
Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in mango, honey, soy sauce, chicken stock, lime juice, and coconut milk; simmer until sauce thickens.
Cook jasmine rice separately, serve chicken over rice with sauce.
Notes
Adjust red pepper flakes to taste for spice level.
