Delicious low-carb wraps filled with savory chicken and melted cheeses, perfect for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients

cooked chicken breast (shredded, or use rotisserie chicken)

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded cheddar cheese

garlic (minced)

baby spinach (optional)
Instructions
Warm tortillas in microwave for 10-15 seconds and heat a skillet with olive oil over medium.
Mix chicken, cheeses, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and spinach (if using) until combined.
Divide mixture among tortillas, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in skillet.
Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
Slice in half diagonally and serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of hot sauce.
