A healthy and flavorful low carb meal featuring grilled chicken, fresh veggies, and barbecue sauce, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients

Vegetables

cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then grill 6-8 minutes per side or bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes. Brush with barbecue sauce and let rest.
Chop cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
Slice rested chicken and layer greens in bowls, top with chicken and chopped veggies. Drizzle with extra barbecue sauce if desired.
