1cupchicken broth
¾cupheavy cream
1piecelemon (juice and zest)(Juice of 1 lemon and zest of 1 lemon (~1 tsp))
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
4cupsfresh spinach leaves

Instructions
Pound chicken to even thickness, season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet, sear chicken 3-4 minutes per side until golden, then set aside.
Cook garlic in same pan 1 minute, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest; simmer 2 minutes.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cook 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Add spinach, cook until wilted, then return chicken to pan, spoon sauce over, and heat through 2-3 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and extra Parmesan if desired.
