Ingredients

Protein

  • 12 pieces Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon rosemary

Garnish

  • Fresh basil for garnish Fresh basil

Instructions 

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, oregano, and rosemary to make marinade.
  • Marinate chicken for 30 minutes to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium indirect heat.
  • Grill chicken 2-3 minutes per side, basting with marinade until cooked.
  • Rest chicken 3-5 minutes, then garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

Marinate longer for more flavor, and ensure chicken is cooked through.
