Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin-sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 10-12 cranks fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (plus extra if needed)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 0.75 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup dry white grape juice (or extra broth)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Garnish

  • Extra fresh rosemary (for garnish)
  • Fresh Italian parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions 

  • Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in hot oil 3-4 min per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté garlic and rosemary in same skillet until fragrant.
  • Deglaze with broth and juice, simmer 2-3 min.
  • Add lemon juice and butter, stir until thickened.
  • Return chicken, spoon sauce, cover, cook 5-7 min. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Use fresh rosemary for best flavor and adjust cooking time as needed.
