Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
Sear chicken in hot oil 3-4 min per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic and rosemary in same skillet until fragrant.
Deglaze with broth and juice, simmer 2-3 min.
Add lemon juice and butter, stir until thickened.
Return chicken, spoon sauce, cover, cook 5-7 min. Garnish and serve.
Notes
