  • 1 cup orzo
  • 1 cup asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon lemon (juice only)
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Boil water, cook 1 cup of orzo for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  • Chop 1 cup of asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté asparagus for 4-5 minutes.
  • Drain the cooked orzo and add to the pan with asparagus.
  • Mix in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
