Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, honey, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Arrange chicken in a baking dish, pour marinade over, and bake for 35-40 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C). Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
