Instructions
Whisk together lemon juice, garlic, dill, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon zest to make the marinade.
Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken skin-side down for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
Flip and cook another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
