Ingredients
For the Chicken

1teaspoonchili flakes

For the Cucumber Salad
1cupdiced cucumber
½cupchopped cherry tomatoes or red bell pepper

For the Bowl Base
½cuphummus(homemade or store-bought)

¼teaspoonsmoked paprika or chili powder
Instructions
Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
Grill the chicken until cooked through (5-7 minutes per side if whole, 10-12 minutes if diced), then rest and dice into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the cucumber salad by mixing cucumber, tomatoes or bell pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Toss and set aside.
Spread hummus in the bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle paprika or chili powder on top.
