Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook chicken until browned; add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Mix cooked chicken and vegetables with cream of chicken soup, milk, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese.
Combine with cooked pasta, transfer to a baking dish, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices before serving.
Notes
